You can even create your own bi-valved braces for complete immobilization needed for fractures as well as all upper or lower extremities. Scanning

Scan only visible parts when the brace is needed The app uses the depth sensor or front of the camera which can be a little awkward (unless you use screen mirroring). Thankfully you only need to scan for a few seconds to make the anatomical area visible.

Step 3

Upload the scan

Upload the scan to our AMAZON cloud server after outlining the splint required on the screenshots as per the pics.

Step 4

Computer Aided Design (CAD) - Make digital splints using CAD

Our computer technician will make digital splints using softwares exactly as for your specifications and presentations. Please see the pictures.

Step 5

Printing

Send digital splints remotely to a 3D printer

Step 6

Finalizing

Splints will be finished manually. Velcro fasteners will be added. Splint will be packed with Stockinette and instructions to wear it via Telehealth sessions with the US.
